RH Morgan Operations

Operations consulting for manufacturers and their suppliers

Senior operations work,
done by the senior person.

Twenty-two years leading sourcing, supply chain, and acquisition integration at a global beauty and personal care company — now working directly with consumer products companies and the suppliers who serve them.

What I do

Four areas, one operator’s perspective.

Strategic Sourcing

Category strategy, supplier negotiation, and cost structure across raw materials and packaging.

M&A Integration

The sourcing and supply chain work that starts the day the deal closes.

ERP Implementation

Owner-side leadership of the sourcing and procurement workstream on SAP programs.

Supplier Performance

Fixing underperforming suppliers and reducing single-source risk before it becomes a crisis.

Consumer products · Personal care · Specialty chemicals · Contract manufacturing

You get me

No junior team learning your business on your budget. The person you meet does the work.

An operator’s judgment

I have run these functions and carried the targets — not studied them from the outside.

Scoped to outcomes

Clear deliverables, a clear end, and no surprises about what you are buying.

About

Bob Morgan

I’m a chemical engineer by training and an operations executive by trade. I spent twenty-two years at one of the world’s largest beauty and personal care companies — on the plant side first, then running a global raw materials portfolio, leading the sourcing integration of ten acquired brands, and serving as sourcing lead on two SAP implementations.

I started RH Morgan Operations to bring that experience to companies that need a seasoned operator more than a large consulting team: mid-size manufacturers, private equity portfolio companies, contract manufacturers, and the specialty suppliers who sell into them.

Let’s talk.

A thirty-minute call costs nothing and usually makes it clear whether there’s something worth solving.
